Instructions

  • Blend the diced mangoes into a smooth puree.
  • If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and mix into the mango puree.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or extra mango slices before serving.
