Instructions
- Blend the diced mangoes into a smooth puree.
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water and mix into the mango puree.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with mint leaves or extra mango slices before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
